Initially I found the item on your website at the weekend so I waited until Monday and called in the morning but alas no reply. I then emailed and received a very prompt reply saying that you had the item in stock and could dispatch if ordered by 1pm.

I ordered and received confirmation emails. The diaphragm was delivered the next day by DHL.
