PoolMarket Reward Points Program (PM Points)


The PoolMarket Reward Points Program...."PM Points".... rewards you for being a valued customer and gives you future discounts on orders placed with us.

PoolMarket.co.uk appreciates our Valued Customers, so we have launched the new "PM Points" Reward Program to reward our repeat customers.  For every £1 you spend, you will earn 1 PM Point. (excluding delivery)
We also have regular bonus PM Points  give away's - sometimes to our fans on Facebook, X and for customers who have written reviews of our products. 

How do I earn PM Points when shopping at PoolMarket.co.uk?  
  • PM Points are earned on the basis of 1 PM Point for every £1 spent on products from our website. (excluding delivery and rounded down to the nearest £) 
  • The PM Points earned can be applied as discounts to future orders - no point thresholds any longer, meaning you don't have to wait to hit a certain level before you can redeem your PM Points. 

How do I redeem my PM Points?

To redeem your PM Points against the value of an order : 

  1. Click the "Login" button at the top right of the website. 
  2. Add any items you wish to purchase to your basket. 
  3. Your PM points will be shown on the checkout page, tick the box next to your points and the discount will be automatically applied.  
  4. Previously awarded PM Points can be redeemed when you checkout.


How do I see how many PM Points I have been awarded on my previous orders? 

  1. Click the "Login" button at the top right of the website.
  2. Click "Your Account" under the Welcome section and you will see a list of all your orders and the PM Points's you have previously earned and spent.  

Do I have to create an Account to collect PM Points? 

  • Yes.  In order for us to track how many PM Points you earn and spend, you must create an Account using a valid email address.
  • Failure to provide a valid email address, when creating an account, makes you ineligible for the PM Points Reward Program.
  • You need to log into your account, before you start placing an order, to be able to earn and spend your PM Points.

 PM Points Reward Program - Terms & Conditions: 

  1. These terms and conditions govern the collection and redemption of PM Points and use of the Reward Program (Rules).  These rules set out the terms of the agreement between PoolMarket.co.uk and you. 
  2. These terms and conditions apply to the PM Points Reward Program owned and operated by BOS Leisure Bristol Ltd trading as PoolMarket.co.uk and form a contract between you the customer and PoolMarket.co.uk
  3. We reserve the right to withdraw or amend the PM Points Reward Program at any time by giving you, the customer, 30 days notice.  All customers allowing contact from PoolMarket.co.uk will be notified by email and a news article will be posted on the website to alert customers to the changes, in exceptional circumstances the PM Points Reward Program may be withdrawn without notice to meet legal or statutory obligations.
  4. These terms and conditions do not form part of your statutory consumer terms and conditions which can be found on our website and which you agree to when entering into a contract with PoolMarket.co.uk
  5. You earn 1 point for every £1 sterling that is spent on the website, PoolMarket.co.uk. You must spend at least £1 in a single transaction for the transaction to earn points.  Thereafter PM Points will be awarded for every whole £1 that is spent.
  6. Discretionary PM Points are awarded from time to time.
  7. When purchases that have earned or have been made using PM Points are returned for a refund, PM Points will be adjusted and only monies paid will be refunded.
  8. PoolMarket.co.uk may offer special Bonus PM Points i.e Double/Triple/Give-Away PM Points, these special offers may be withdrawn without notice.
  9. A minimum of 1 point must be collected before redemption will be allowed.
  10. Points are valid for 12 months and are non-transferable.
  11. If misuse of the PM Points Reward Program is suspected, PM Points may be suspended or deducted from customer accounts.
  12. PM Points may NOT be exchanged for a cash value and NO cash alternative is available.
  13. PM Points cannot be used in conjunction with any discount coupon cope or special promotion.
  14. Orders placed using Guest Accounts, Credit Accounts or Phone Orders will NOT earn PM Points.
  15. You must have created and be logged into your account to earn or redeem your PM Points - we cannot retrospectively deduct or add PM Points to your account.
  16. You must have a resident mainland UK address and must be over 18.
