Love my new robot, Purchased the Dophin M200 after many years of cleaning the pool myself. I certainly wished I had invested in this robot earlier. I chose this model as I like the simplicity of the operating system which is basically a plug in and press the start button! The first time I used it the pool wasn't particularly dirty, but my goodness the algae/green sludge that the robot extracted was rather surprising. It did an excellent job and the pool looked lovely and clean. I do find it a little heavy to get out of the pool once cleaning process has finished. Removing the double-lined fabric bag is relatively easy for cleaning. Delighted with my new helper!

Brilliant product, brilliant service! This is exactly what we were looking for. We struggle with lots of leaves in our pool and this picks them all up no problems. The product description is slightly unclear, so for those wondering, the cleaner comes with a bag to collect debris, not a solid filter. Service was brilliant - the cleaner arrived next day!

Hello
All safely received and one cycle completed. All I can say is..Wow! I am absolutely delighted so far! Amazed that I was able to get such prompt and useful help from yourself, even during the epidemic, also that I was able to order the cleaner and receive it so quickly, then astounded at how good a job it has done. It is so much better than the suction cleaner we have been using for the last 15 years. It has cleaned every area of the pool except the steps (!) and it was a joy to empty and rinse the funny bag filter thingy. I really think the pool is cleaner than it has been at this stage in the season as the cleaner has brushed it, and I make a vague attempt but usually run out of time.

Great compact machine. Cleans very well, was surprised by the power this little machine has (being used to the older and larger Dolphin Magic), even when it comes to an 11m pool. The 18m lead gives comfortable lee-way to reach all corners of even the slightly deeper and bigger pool.
