We were very impressed with your service. Any queries regarding my purchase were answered promptly. The hot tub actually arrived sooner than we expected it to. At this moment we haven't set it up . Unfortunately we didn't order the starter chemicals from you - a big oversight on my part- so we are waiting for the chemicals to arrive from elsewhere before we can enjoy our purchase. Your service has been excellent during these difficult times.

Great service just before lockdown 03 April 2020 | Diane
My hot tub was still away for the winter and after all pubs and restaurants shut down I decided to bring it out early. Only to discover it was broken down. I found the same one at a good price with poolmarket and free delivery. After oderdering I went back on the websight and next day it was saying no deliveries for 12 weeks as the corona virus had forced them to close. I emailed them and mine was the last to go out and I received it on the Thursday. So happy to have one again at this time and with the prompt delivery and response to my quiery.

Great service! Ordered our new hot tub at 8pm on Tuesday and it was with us on Thursday before lunch time. We very much appreciated the email to check that it had arrived safely as well.

Very pleased with this hot tub . Came in just two days with a phone call to say the drivers on his way. Took us bout hour to set it up always read instructions and watch dvd it helps alot .filling up and heating water takes about a day . Would recomend to others to get this . WE LOVE IT xx

The best service ever,delivery was excellent. Missed delivery the first time but the courier help desk was so helpful and it was delivered the next day. Product was excellent very good value for money thank you.
