The Domestic Slidelock Telescopic Reel System has telescopic tube sections that slide and lock together. Straps are connected to the tubes by our unique slide and lock fixing. This item is easy to install. The tubes are made of anodised aluminium and the end stands are polished stainless steel. It has Plastic end bosses and steering wheel. Small Slidelock tubes extend from 3.05m to 4.57m. Large Slidelock tubes extend from 4.88m to 6.4m.
The reel should be set up so as to have a maximum 0.3m overlap each side. The maximum recommended area of material on either size reel is 75sq.m.
The cover/tube overlap should be kept to a minimum, and all allen screws tightened securly. Some flexing of the tube may occur on larger covers, which may also require two operators.
